I didn't think they'd change overnight, though sometimes I feel like I move forward a step and then the next day I'm back two. Or maybe that's just in my head. Things have changed--I see much more of him, for one thing. [He smiles and pulls Yuki back to him so he can put his chin on Yuki's head again. This was so comfortable.]

Maybe I'll get him to eat something I've cooked next year. [He chuckles.]
