A few hours ago. [He hands the box over.] Just take the lid off. I wasn't sure if you needed a fork or chopsticks so there's both in the bag.

I see. [opens the box] It looks delicious!

[he looks curiously at the chopsticks then takes the fork instead and tries a bit] It really is very good! Let's go inside the house for a bit some I can eat properly, shall we?

Sure. [Touya follows Labrador into the house, a little surprised. He thought he would be getting right to work, but he supposed in Luceti they had nothing but time. Lunch, then work. Maybe he should have brought his lunch instead of eating beforehand.]

[Labrador prefers to work at a leisurely pace with lots of tea breaks, naps and just sitting around chatting with his flowers... Anyway, the inside of Lab's house is interesting enough if Touya wants to look around while Lab eats. There are shelves and shelves of herbs, medicine and tea everywhere that the bishop has prepared himself.]

Would you like something to drink? I have some iced tea.

[Touya does look around, but from a good distance. He stays pretty close to Labrador so as to not look like he's being nosy. He does want to see what's on the shelves, but he's not the type to go rummaging around.]

Oh-- sure. Plain iced tea or the sweet kind?

It's just plain iced tea. I can make it sweet if you'd prefer that.

[notices him look around] Do you know anything about herbs and tea?

Just plain is fine. [He likes sweet things, but not sweet tea like Americans seemed to like.]

I don't really, no. I mean, I know green tea and barley tea and oolong, but not much else.

Would you like to learn more then? I make prepare my own tea leaves actually. That shelf over there is filled with them.

Really? [Wow. Touya takes the glass and takes a small sip--it's definitely not what he's used to, but it's different in a delicious way.]

[Touya blinks, pausing from drinking his tea.] Ah, but shouldn't I be working now?

[Touya blinks--maybe he's just used to supervisors who want him working within a half an hour of coming in.] Who's Wida?

He's my apprentice back home and he worries way too much. Both should learn to just relax and enjoy life.

[though poor Wida does have cause to worry as his mentor here has a habit of just wandering off and falling asleep in all kinds of places...]
